Definitely an acting partner most actors dream of…

The Migos have continued their foray into all things Hollywood in epic style since their appearance in FX’s Atlanta four years ago. Since that fateful episode in 2017, they’ve had roles on shows like NCIS and Star, as well as been in the conversation for films like The Lion King. However, lately the trio have been pursuing individual acting projects, roles to help them grow their own unique resumes in the cornucopia of Hollywood. First, Offset jumped on board for the Pete Davidson-starring film American Sole, and now Quavo (arguably the best Migo) is taking on his own feature-film debut, and its safe to say he’s got a banger of a co-star to help him along the way.

Now, the ‘I’m The One’ rapper will star alongside none other than Hollywood titan Robert DeNiro for his feature debut, appearing in the hotly anticipated Wash Me In The River. The film will see Quavo take on the role of Coyote, who’s described as “a ruthless and heartless drug lord.” That description definitely makes sense, especially if you consider a recent instagram post of him holding a golden chainsaw on set (the signature weapon of a heartless drug lord of course).

Quavo and Offset will also be joining their partner’s Saweetie and and Cardi B, who have both been taking Hollywood by storm in their own right (Saweetie with Grown-ish and Cardi B with Hustlers and the upcoming Fast 9), now all have to do is find a starring role for the last Migo, Takeoff.

Pretty exciting stuff. Check out footage of Quavo fangirling his ass off on the Wash Me In The River set below and get keen.
