No ordinary pick up…
Following up on his promise to pick up his mate Bobby Shmurda from prison, Migos rapper Quavo organised the pick up of all pick ups, rocking up in none other than a private jet. The Atlanta rapper first hinted at his plans in a recent interview with Billboard, telling fans they could expect a “big” welcome home.
“I’m going to get my guy,” he said. “I’m personally gonna go pick up Bobby Shmurda. I’m ‘bout to go get him. I’m gonna let him show you how I’m gonna pick him up, yessir. It’s gonna be big.”
Looking at various videos and pics from the pickup, it looks like Quavo made good on his promise and then some, throwing a mini party for Shmurda in the air. He even presented him with a welcome home kit, with Rowdy Rebel saying in one of the videos “This goin’ straight to the bank.”
