Grosso lives on!
It’s been a year since the Vans family and skateboarding, in general, lost a big piece of their DNA. Legend barely begins to describe the powerhouse and personality that was Jeff Grosso, who burst onto the vert scene in the 1980s, later becoming a skateboarding ambassador and historian via his Love Letters To Skateboarding series that ran on Vans’ YouTube channel from 2011.
Now, with the help of his son Oliver and long-time co-creators Buddy Nichols and Rick Charnoski of Six Stair Productions, we have a new Love Letters ep that captures Jeff’s raw passion and unbridled opinions on skateboarding perfectly. It also comes with the Grosso Forever Collection which is available online now, with all profits going to Oliver. Check out the video below and pour one out for Grosso:
