Queen Bey is the target of an unusual lawsuit over her omnipresent club hit ‘Drunk In Love’, filed by Hungarian folk singer Monika Miczura Juhasz.

Known as Mitsou, the singer claims that Beyonce recorded her singing ‘Bajba, Bajba Pelem’ back in 1995 – and then tweaked the vocals to create that mesmerising vocal sample you hear at the beginning of the track.

“Following Mitsou’s stirring featured solo vocal introduction, Mitsou’s voice continues to sing as Beyoncé begins to sing, to evoke foreign eroticism alongside the sexually intense lyrics performed by Beyoncé and Jay Z in ‘Drunk in Love’,” the lawsuit states.

Mitsou is claiming that 29% of Beyonce’s track should be credited to her – and given how much cash Beyonce has reeled in throughout 2014, it’s bound to be a big amount. Collaborator & husband Jay Z has also been named in the lawsuit, as well as producer Timbaland.
