The grass is gonna be hella green in Cairns this October…

Not letting the lingering pandemic get in the way of live music, the folks at The Grass Is Greener have today announced the return of their Cairns festival in October. Featuring two multi-dimensional stages, the triple j-presented live-music affair will play host to a who’s who of the Aussie music scene, with headline performances from the likes of Sydney-based funk master Winston Surfshirt and the ever-groovy Young Franco.

With an all-star lineup that also includes Crooked Colours, Boo Seeka and plenty more homegrown favourites, Grass Is Greener seems set on making up for lost time after last year’s hiatus, and what better time to do so than the present?

So, grab your patterned shirts and head here to purchase tickets when they go on sale this Wednesday at 9am. For now, get your froth on by checking out the full lineup below.
