Magic on the mountain.

It’s the event that’s open to anyone, whether you’re a pro or a peanut, and on Friday Transfer’s Banked Slalom saw over 250 people thrown down at Thredbo. 16-year-old half-pipe lord Valentino Guseli took out the event with the fastest time of 57.58 in the men’s, while Emily Arthur hit the pinnacle of the podium with a 1:05.46 in the women’s.
Naturally, the contest was followed by a party at Merritts with DJ U-GO-B providing the beats and Pirate Life providing the disco juice. Check out the action in the gallery above:
