Directed by fashion photographer Terry Richardson the clip presents close-up footage of Cyrus emotionally singing to the camera against a white backdrop, having been inspired by the music video for “Nothing Compares 2 U” by Sinéad O’Connor.

Bobbie Brown who is the blonde female getting sprayed with a water hose while dancing around in this clip married Jani Law (Warrant’s lead singer) not long after the music video was made. They divorced in 1993. After her divorce from Lane, Brown was engaged to Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee. In 2012, Brown joined the cast of the reality show Ex-Wives of Rock not long after.
