With Australia Day just on the horizon, one dedicated citizen has taken it upon himself to bless us with a new national anthem. And what’s even better? It’s set to the tune of Outkast’s ‘Hey Ya’.
We know that Outkast aren’t exactly Australian, but who the hell cares? It’s Outkast. With obnoxious ‘STRAYA’ titles, shots of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and plenty of dangerous animals, just watch this and try not to shed a tear of hometown pride. There’s also the legendary footage of Bob Hawke sculling a beer at the SCG amongst a montage of Aussie iconography.
