After a stacked January that saw her tease her new Fenty line along with long-awaited new music, it seems industry heavyweight Rihanna has much bigger things on the way in 2022…

Much to our collective delights, it seems the music industry’s most good-looking couple Rihanna and A$AP Rocky are expecting their first child together. The news comes via recent pics of the pair out and about in New York City together, with Rihanna debuting a baby bump underneath a pink jacket. As is always the case with the 33-year-old fashion star, her choice of clothing was very deliberate, the oversized coat unbuttoned at the bottom to let the bump shine while adorned with a cross and jewels. 

The update also comes after the pair properly got together in 2020, following years of on and off dating. It seems that their relationship has gotten especially seriously in the last year however, with A$AP telling GQ last May that Rihanna was the “love of my life”, while stating in regards to starting a family “I think I’d be an incredible, remarkably overall amazing dad. I would have a very fly child. Very.”

As for the ‘Diamonds’ singer, it seems she’s also been keen on starting a family for a hot minute, telling British Vogue in March 2020 that she saw herself having “three or four” kids within the next ten years, regardless of whether she was in a relationship or not.
