One of the most stacked lineups the Gong has had in recent memory…

In what’s sure to be welcome news to music lovers across the nation and South Coast, beloved festival Yours & Owls has announced the lineup for its 2023 return. Set to take place from October 14th to 15th in its new location of the University of Wollongong, the event will bring together some of the best artists across the world and country all together in one place, for a weekend of dance, thrills and the obligatory “Meet me front left of production” message to the group chat.

Headlining the esteemed bill is none other than the eclectic Chet faker, who’ll be armed with his sophomore album Hotel Surrender along with his many classic hits. Joining him is genre-breaking UK rapper, Baker, who’s played the likes of Reading & Leeds and numerous more festivals around the world. Rounding things off is eclectic rapper Earl Sweatshirt and the enigmatic maestro Masego, along with Aussie and Kiwi titans in Golden Features, Broods and Hilltop Hoods.

On the local front, some of the nation’s best artists from across the rock, pop and dance fronts will all be stepping up to the plate, with the likes of Hot 100 alum Ocean Alley, local larrikins Pacific Avenue and rising RNB star Forrest Claudette and more all stepping up to the plate. Add the fact that some of the nations best DJs and producers will be taking to the Das Shmelthaus state (Sam Alfred, Club Angel, Tangela to name a few) and it’s a lineup that has you spoiled for choice. It’s a bit hard to stop ourselves from raving on about it, and you best believe we’re gonna be getting our steps in trying to see them all.
