The highly anticipated trailer for the sports-drama film “The Iron Claw” has just been released by A24.

Directed by Sean Durkin, the movie features one-time Byron Bay resident Zac Efron alongside Stanley Simons, and The Bear‘s Jeremy Allen White with Harris Dickinson of Triangle of Sadness fame. The Iron Claw tells an emotional story of family pressure, recounting the wrestling empire of the Von Erich brothers in the 1980s.

Guided by their father, portrayed by Holt McCallany who you’ll possibly remember from Mindhunter, the siblings navigate intense athletic experiences while dealing with personal life challenges. They strive to revive the US wrestling federation, with Efron’s character, Kevin Von Erich, searching for love, and his brothers facing brutal expectations both inside and outside the wrestling ring.
