Last night’s shindig, thrown by Seven Seasons Spirits, Rekōdo Restaurant & Vinyl Bar, and the crew at Stanley House Studios, was our favourite event of the season. With the team rolling out the green carpet (and green ant martinis) just in time for Australian Gin Week.

Sport stars and celebs like Fitzy, Michael O’loughlin, Corey Durdin, and the Seven Seasons honchos, Daniel & Steven Motlop, brought the party. The night was all about taking the Aussie bush to the bar, and they nailed it with Steak Tartare Temaki stealing the show with koji, finger lime dressing, and a green ant kick.

Missed out? No worries. The Green Ant Martini and its partner in crime, the Steak Tartare Temaki, are hitting up Rekōdo from Nov 15 to Dec 14.
