Jimmy Fallon gets some help from Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield to reveal The Tonight Show’s very own awesome ice cream flavor.

It whips together caramel & chocolate ice cream, chocolate cookie swirls and “gobs” of both chocolate chip and peanut butter cookie dough.

Ben & Jerry’s uses all fair trade ingredients in “The Tonight Dough” and all the proceeds go to the SeriousFun Children’s Network of global camps for children with serious illnesses.
