Fresh off the back of a massive Coachella set and tours with Chemical Brothers and Confidence Man, Aussie powerhouse Anna Lunoe has today dropped an absolute sizzler of a tune in the form of ‘Right Here’.
Linking up with Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, the track feels like a homage to 90s rave culture with all the trimmings and lush production of contemporary EDM. The song begins with Lunoe’s vocals in a washed-out echo chamber before the beat kicks in and we hear her distinct flow in full clarity with no shortage of energy. Later, building synths collide with wailing vocals for a driving chorusy build.
Simply put, it sounds like the duo had as much fun making it as we have had listening to it. “After over a decade of collaboration, friendship, and facetimes we are excited to offer this sassy anthem for all your friendships, relationships, and situationships,” they say of the collab.
