Psyched As Forever returns with a massive lineup of local and international artists. Starting as a DIY show in a shopfront in Marrickville a few years back, Psyched As has grown through grassroots support and a reputation for excellent curation into something much larger than founders Brad Kafer and Richard “Millsy” Mills could have ever imagined. Psyched As Forever is their large-scale festival, which, for three years, has honoured Millsy, his legacy, and his spirit by bringing people together, playing loud music, and enjoying a drink or two.
This year’s lineup is a doozy, with The Buoys, Full Flower Moon Band, and the recently reformed Newy-via-Melbourne duo Gooch Palms leading the charge when the event takes place at the Portugal Community Club in Marrickville. But the talent doesn’t stop there. They’ll be joined by GIMMY, Dick Move (NZ), Grinding Eyes, Antenna, The Uplifting Bell Ends, The Blamers, Swine, O.M.R., and, of course, the legendary Psyched As House Band.

And that’s not all. The Grifter invited the Psyched As crew to brew an extra special beer, the Psyched As Pilsner which is on tap now at a bunch of Inner West pubs. We imagine you’ll also be able to wrap your laughing gear around these on the day. Plus, Thanks Tattoo and Tattoo Rosies will be doing flash tatts on the day as the music blares from the two stages.
Tickets are on sale right now, right here, with a portion of ticket sales donated to Bula Bula Arts Centre in Ramingining, where Millsy worked and was very loved.
