Over the past few weeks we’ve been barbecuing with some of our favourite artists including Velvet Trip, Lara Andallo, SOMA and The Terrys, with each of them sharing a dish that is close to their hearts. For the final instalment of Season Two of Q The Music, we have an absolute ripper, with Carlos and Jimmy from Bootleg Rascal concocting this insane Chilean steak sanga.
The dish pays homage to Carlos’ Chilean roots, particularly his Grandma Myrta who has shared with him family recipes and techniques from her motherland over the years. Of course the boys, who were pretty chirpy after a couple of beers on the day, added their own twist to the churrasco, as you would expect from a couple of freewheeling songwriters!
