Kale? What the fuck is kale? The latest food trend hitting cafes around Australia involves stacking as many artery-clogging items on top of a milkshake as humanly possible. This Canberra cafe made headlines with their drool-worthy and Instagram-friendly creation, but they’ve just been outdone by blogger Alanabread.

She’s just unleashed three ludicrous flavours of Extreme Milkshakes: S’Mores Chicken, Bacon Burger and Coles Baked Fresh Today Bakery Aisle. Now, you can have your liquid dairy treat littered with hundreds and thousands, as well as the subtle addition of an entire roast chicken adorned with marshmellows. Other flavours compliment the milkshake with layers of bacon and cheese in a burger.

It’s pretty marvellous how these can even stand on their own. Alana accompanies her photographs with some sage advice: “Be inspired. Eat marshmallows and chicken. Milkshake flavours are irrelevant now, the duty falls upon whatever lies on top. May God have mercy on us all.”
