The Meeting Tree have been touring across the country on their ‘Some Gronks Are Cops’ tour, and they’re returning to their hometown of Sydney for the closing date at Plan B Small Club. Joyride & Raph Lauren have been busy: They’ve come off a support slot for Peking Duk’s national tour, performances at Secret Garden and Groovin The Moo festival and they have an incoming single titled ‘Life Is Long: Slow Down.’ As always, the self-proclaimed Godfathers of Australian Dance Music offer a healthy mix of infectious beats and philosophical lyricism, as evidenced by their viral single ‘R U A Cop?’ Get stuck into their gig and stick around after – GIRLS will be taking over the venue for an all-female night of hip-hop and R&B with FlexMami, Yemisul and more!

Paces stepped in for a brave ‘Like A Version‘ this morning, covering fellow Australian electronica star L D R U with his summer smash ‘Keeping Score’. Did we mention that it featured Guy Fucking Sebastian? Talk about a power move! Paces hasn’t stopped since dropping his critically-acclaimed debut album Vacation earlier this year, and it’s an aptly-titled effort if we’ve ever heard one – island vibes and infectious synths dominate this album that’ll make you wanna put on a Hawaiian shirt and quit your job in dramatic fashion. You can experience it all live this weekend at Oxford Art Factory, our own little slice of urban paradise.

Pedestrian.TV will be throwing a charity soiree on Saturday night to launch their new fundraising platform Pedestrian HELP – aiming to help youths facing homelessness, abuse and neglect. It might be more apt to call this a mini-festival, as they’ve compiled a formidable lineup that includes indie-electronica favourites Polograhia, rockers DZ Deathrays throwing down a DJ set and Sydney club favourites like GG Magree, Luen and Bad Deep also getting behind the decks. All proceeds from the night will go towards Father Chris Riley’s Youth Off The Streets program, so head down and party for a solid cause.

Despite the heavy Australiana vibes in the press shot above, our resident Serbian selector Nes will be diving headfirst into Caribbean vibes this weekend with the Dibby Dibby Soundsystem crew – dropping all things dancehall, reggae and more. It’s free before 11:00pm, so head down early and grab yourself a cocktail from The Cliff Dive’s extensive and delicious menu.

Summer is well and truly over, but Mother Nature keeps throwing sunshine at Sydney City, and who’s complaining? Sneaky Sundays is going down at our favourite waterside watering hole in the 2026, The Bucket List – and the lineup looks like a very nice time. There’s local electronica veterans and club heroes taking control of the soundtrack: Black Angus, Miss Connie, Jimmy 2 Sox, Chux and Bad Ezzy make a Sunday session definitely worth attending. Take your best wide-brimmed hat and close your weekend with a bang in Bondi. Did we mention that there’s complimentary tacos from 6:30pm? If free Mexican food doesn’t get you excited, then there really is no hope for you.
