Over the weekend, hazardous weather conditions in New York forced Governor’s Ball Music Festival to cancel their last day of performances, where Kanye West was slated to appear.

Always one for surprises, Yeezy later planned a show a 2:00am gig at the intimate Webster Hall in East Village. Despite announcing on Twitter that the show was sold out, hordes of fans turned up to the location in the hopes of getting access. Despite numerous reports that the sizeable crowds were orderly, police eventually cleared the area and the show was also cancelled:

However, that didn’t stop Kanye from riding through the Manhattan streets while flexing out the sun-roof of a vehicle. Classic Kanye:

Here’s one blogger’s view of the whole ordeal:

Daily Mail is reporting that thousands of dollars of damage was left by the crowds – with their pictures from Twitter showing the full extent of the numbers of Kanye’s disciples:

Of course, this whole shitfight serves as adequate hype for Kanye West’s new 750 sneakers dropping this week. Don’t expect the Yeezy fandom to die down anytime soon:
