It’s been almost a decade since Australian label Ellery launched and navigated its way into high fashion consciousness, and the latest Specsavers collaboration is giving the brand greater accessibility by lowering the price tag. Still, the campaign is fronted by supermodel Gemma Ward, proving that while glasses have the kinda important functional purpose of allowing you to see things, they can be a serious style statement as well. The Ellery and Specsavers collection consists of fashion frames – including sunglasses – with all of the bold attitude and without the heavy price tag.
The collection launched last night at an opulent and old-fashioned property in Darling Point, with the oh-so-fancy settings providing the perfect backdrop for cocktails and some of the dapper attendees. Notable guests included Kym Ellery herself, Alex Perry, Jack Moffitt of The Preatures and Suze DeMarchi of Baby Animals.
