In a statement posted to his social media accounts, he says that there’s an “evolution happening” and that his next album will be released under the name Nick Murphy. Chet Faker released a collaborative EP last year with house producer Marcus Marr, before releasing a song at the beginning of 2016 titled ‘In-Between’. We haven’t heard much from Mr. Murphy since, but it seems like the new record is underway:
