There’s no doubt that Havaianas have become a certified Aussie staple for the warmer months, which is why the thong lords decided to throw a cheeky summer kick-off party on Sydney Harbour with those multi-million dollar views, a little vodka and pluggas aplenty.

Fresh off their collaboration with Ken Done & Mimi Elashiry, Havaianas took over floating bar The Island for a chance to catch the Sydney sunset in a vibrant setting. The venue was decorated with unlimited colour and Brazilian flair, while punters were also chowing down on lush fruit platters, giant slabs of watermelon, burgers and Zooper Doopers. By the way, Cola Cosmos and Blackcurrant Phaser are definitely the GOAT Zooper Dooper flavours, FYI!

Electronica and bass connoisseur Touch Sensitive was also on board for a live performance, and if this is just the kick-off party, then we’ll be welcoming summer with arms wide open.
