Do you like parties? Do you like paddocks? Well, we’ve got some excellent news for you, because Party In The Paddock are throwing their fifth birthday party on a giant patch of grass, and they’ve recruited some of Australia’s brightest talents to help with the celebrations.
Tasmania has always been the beautiful and criminally-underrated state, and anyone who’s been there will tell you that it’s a glorious slice of pure Australian beauty. If you ever needed an excuse to pay our friends down south a visit, then this is it: Party In the Paddock have announced their 2017 lineup. Sticky Fingers, Skegss, The Smith Street Band will bless the three-day soiree, while hip-hop flavour will arrive courtesy of Hermitude, Remi and Sampa The Great. It’s bound to be a big one at Burns Creek and fun for the whole family – it’s accessible and All Ages.
On top of the music, they’re promising Tassie’s finest produce for some scrumptious meals, daily yoga to get you stretching, comedy shows, art installations and slam poetry for modern day wordsmiths – all in the lush surrounds of the Tasmanian hills.
