When it comes to Halloween, there’s an unwritten law which states that you either go all out or don’t dress up at all.

Back in 2002, Xtina shocked the world when she wore assless chaps and gyrated in a boxing ring for one of pop’s raunchiest videos. 14 years later, Jenner resurrected the look to perfection.
