We kicked off our evening with some cold brews and tacos in Bondi, which gave us little indication of just how hectic the night would turn out to be. This marked the first show of the Corona SunSets tour – which will see The Rubens play over 20 free shows across the country… and what a way to kick it all off. By the time the band get onstage at 7:30pm, it’s rammed with punters keen for The Rubens, and they delivered with a set that included ‘Hoops’ and their Chance The Rapper cover, before wrapping it all up with ‘Hallelujah’.
