Earlier this year, Kanye West depicted himself lying naked in bed with Kim Kardashian in the video for ‘Famous‘ – with a smorgasbord of other celebrities joining them under the sheets including Taylor Swift, Amber Rose and many more.
R&B singer Ray J was also featured in the video – which is especially daring considering that his 2003 sex tape with Kim K propelled her into mainstream conversation. To say that Ray J was unhappy with his inclusion would be a severe understatement. After the ‘Famous’ video was revealed, he said that “I’m just trying to stay positive… I’m engaged. My marriage is all messed up ’cause of craziness. I’m not part of nothing crazy. I walk down a good path. My fiancée tripping. It’s all bad in my world, and that ain’t cool.”
Meanwhile, his manager Wack 100 was more aggressive with his approach, saying “if they didn’t show Ray J with his dick in Kim Kardashian’s mouth, then tell Kanye to go back and reshoot that shit. Tell that nigga he’s a long way from Chicago, he’d better watch his motherfuckin’ mouth.”

Now, Ray J has put out his ill feelings on a new song also titled ‘Famous’. Curiously enough, Chris Brown – a Kanye West collaborator who was also shown butt-naked in the ‘Famous’ video – is a guest feature on the track, which was produced by Drumma Boy of ‘Ferrari Boyz’ fame. Earlier this year, Ray J warned of his incoming response, saying “You can’t fault me and Chris for responding to all the things that have been done about us [in the media] over the last few months.”
If you thought ‘I Hit It First’ was a tad mean, then get a load of some of the lyrics on the latest ‘Famous’ single: “She fucked me for fame, look at her eyes/She was the first one to sign on the line/She was the real one to plan it all out/Look at the family, they walk around proud/All because she had my dick in her mouth.”
The song arrives as the fallout from Kim Kardashian’s robbery in Paris continues, while Kanye West’s bizarre recent string of shows – which have included lengthy rants supporting Donald Trump – have culminated in the cancellation of his Saint Pablo tour due to exhaustion.
