Last night Cooloangatta’s Pink Hotel was the party capital of the country, with Abrand and TJ Swim bringing together all the essential ingredients for an out of control shindig. It was the perfect way to bid farewell to summer and remind us that there’s still plenty of fun to be had in the cool seasons.
Pushing past the Abrand Jeeps as we headed into the party, we knew this one was going to be something special. Aiming to sample the range of tasty beverages (you’ve got to try them all right?) we sipped on Pink Gin Cocktails by Beefeater Gin, Balter, Jacobs Creek Prosecco Spritz, before we moved to the Sunnylife inflatable pool full of VodkaSoda&.
Sounding messy? Well, we had plenty of activities to keep us occupied including a silent disco in the janitor’s closet, live t-shirt printing, Abrand Jenga, and some fine food from Eddie’s Grubhouse. Not to mention fresh tunes as spun by KLSY, Riki-Lee, Jake Carmody, Shayne Tino who slayed the dancefloor.
By 9pm things were getting a little rowdy (sorry Pink Hotel!) and those of us who weren’t ready to quit were moved along to Eddie’s for more even more shenanigans. We’re definitely resting some heavy heads today, check out the gallery above to see how it all went down:
