Nestled away from the bustle of George Street, Brooksy encapsulates that speakeasy vibe you know from Hollywood movies, featuring velvet-draped curtains, marble counters, and art deco interiors with green accents. The cocktail menu, curated by award-winning Brendon Hill, takes patrons on a global journey with each sip, offering delights such as the Uluru and Saluti cocktails.
Brooksy’s opening night was a dazzling affair, with live music and dancers bringing the 55-seat venue to life. Naturally, the lucky patrons were dressed to to nines with more shimmering diamonds and pinstrips than you could poke a cane at.
Executive Chef Hemant Dadlani’s menu featured dishes like Glacier 51 Toothfish and Salmon with pickled fennel. Guests enjoyed premium whiskeys from a bar cart and freshly shucked oysters. Hidden offerings, giveaways, and fortune telling added an extra layer of excitement, making Brooksy a unique addition to Sydney’s nightlife.
