Melbourne turned it all the way up yesterday as Listen Out 2016 officially kicked off for another year – and we headed to Captain Baxter for Carlton Dry’s epic pre-party before the main event.

Everybody knows that a solid pre-party is the foundation of any good festival experience, and Carlton Dry provided with a splendid rooftop experience overlooking the waters in St Kilda. The floor was grassy green, the sky a perfect Spring blue – and we were in party mood well before midday with Audiopaxx, Amastro and more playing groovy tunes from the house and techno realms.

The Carlton Dry flowed freely throughout the afternoon, and the solid rooftop efforts meant that we were well equipped for the short stroll over to Catani Gardens to witness ASAP Ferg, RUFUS & more.
