Gonna be pretty hard to top day one at Changing Tides Festival!

The sold-out Changing Tides Festival roared to life yesterday in Kiama, kicking off its second year with a scorching day of Aussie music. Hilltop Hoods headlined with a commanding performance that reminded everyone why they’re Aussie rap royalty, delivering hit after hit to a packed showground.

Ocean Alley brought their signature soulful grooves, with their new anthem ‘Tangerine’ stealing the show as the perfect soundtrack to a sun-drenched evening. The Tezzas did not disappoint either, with their 2024 record Skate Pop still ringing in the ears of the crowd.

Lime Cordiale brought their breezy charm, with Oli and Louis clearly up for a big one—something about these guys makes every show feel like it’s their first and they’re having the best time. Of course, Ruel wowed with his effortless vocals and powerful stage presence.

With day two promising just as much excitement, we’re pumped for sets from Mallrat, Blu DeTiger, South Summit, Annie Hamilton, and more…
