Citysoup’s debut gallery was an instant hit at the Lord Gladstone last night, the Sydney collective’s showcasing of their nearest and dearest drawing in swarms of attendees from across the city. Featuring some of the very best in photographers, painters and more, the works on display feature a distinct focus on Sydney’s dance scene and the raves within, capturing a certain edge that other strands of photography can’t come close to. Adorning the Gladdy’s upstairs gallery space until there wasn’t any spare piece of wall, Citysoup gave us a reminder of the seemingly endless supply of talent in the Sydney scene.
