Party & Bullshit
Words by Jack Bennett July 30, 2024

Nothing like a sizzling dance floor to keep us warm on a winter’s night.

With Canberra-born party-starters Peking Duk taking to the decks on Saturday night we had a strong sense that things would be getting pretty wild when we hit ‘First Base’ Aprés Soirée presented by Canadian Club. And, of course, they didn’t disappoint, coming through with heater after heater on an ice cold night as we danced ourselves silly.

Add a few delicious Canadian Clubs into the mix and an epic lineup of supports including Danny Clayton, Tom Tilley and Piste Evo and you’ve got yourself the night of the season so far!

You may notice that Peking Duk performed in the limited-edition ‘Bad Bomber jackets’; a one-off item made in collaboration with CC as an extension of the brand’s iconic bad sweater campaign – the clashing, confronting but extremely cool jacket is an undeniable head-turner for those who are looking to wrap their guns up in something warm this winter!
