It’s hard to walk down the pavement in Bondi these days without a runner brushing past every few seconds, with the beachy suburb becoming a true hub for fitness and health in Sydney. That electric, high-energy vibe is exactly why it made the perfect setting for the Selfish Supps pop-up yesterday.
The brand, which is quickly carving out a name for itself in the health and wellness space, threw one hell of an event – kicking off with a 7am beachfront workout led by Tammy Hembrow herself. It set the tone for a day centred around movement, community, and embracing being a little Selfish (in the best way). Over 100 guests showed up for the early session, turning Bondi’s footpath into a catwalk of activewear, sweat, and smiles.
From there, the pop-up came to life: protein waters were flowing, lockers were packed with surprises, and the selfie wall drew everyone from diehard fans to curious locals. Check out the highlights in the gallery above!
