Anyone who’s not quite old enough to remember the heyday of “indiesleaze” got a glimpse into the early 2000s music scene when Ksubi and Don Julio Tequila took over The Metro Social in Sydney.
The event saw a performance from “futuristic emo” artist Daine, alongside DJ Ari Kiko, as well as the reformation of Hoops; the all star group featuring Anna Lunoe, Bad Ezzy and Nina Las Vegas.
Among the guests were Christian Wilkins, Unice Wani, Michael Lo Sordo, Steve Cordony, Keiynan Lonsdale and Lime Cordiale, with the collab between Ksubi and their Creative Director Pip Edwards, the Edwards Edit, being a clear outfit of choice for many attendees.
