Where’s the best place to catch the lights of Vivid?

Last night we tested out our sea legs when we boarded Boohoo’s boat at took to the (not very) high seas to bask in the luminescent glory that is Vivid 2019. Fluro was the flavour as we sipped on tasty beverages around The Harbour with some of our faves. Check it all out in the gallery above:
