Beloved homegrown maestro Matt Corby was in fine form for the second night of his Enmore Theatre run yesterday, the veteran singer-songwriter/producer bringing his treasure trove of hits to the Sydney abode with great success. Backed by openers Bud Rokesky and Great Gable, by the time Corby took to the stage the crowd was poised and ready to go. And Corby more than rose to the occasion, rattling off hits old and new like ‘Brother’, ‘Monday’, ‘Reelin’ and more to great acclaim. He also treated attendees to his recent ‘No Scrubs’ Like A Version, armed only with his guitar and signature voice as he serenaded the crowd into the next dimension.
