It was only in February that Mountain Sounds, the Central Coast’s favourite festival, took over Mt. Penang Parklands.

And while there’s still awhile until the festival’s 2019 instalment on February 15, the crew are keeping it moving with more events in and around the region. Their latest gig featured Australian rock favourites The Rubens, who are gearing up for the release of their third album Lo La Ru in June. With a Hottest 100 winner in ‘Hoops’ in their catalogue, The Rubens got The Beery engulfed in a long night of sing-a-longs and foot-tappin’… check it out:
