Guests were treated to an array of Fijian cocktails made with Ratu and Bati rums, paired with delicious canapés. Tucanos’ owner and mixologist, Steve Davis, led an exclusive masterclass, sharing insider tips and showcasing his passion for cocktail crafting.
The guest list featured the likes of Jarrod Rickard (@diycocktailguy) and mixologist Marty Thomas, with the debut of Tucanos’ new Kiwi Daiquiri Spritz, featuring Bati White Rum, cementing itself as the crowd favourite.
