With QT hotels popping up all over Australia and New Zealand, dazzling guests with their luxurious rooms and artistic trimmings, it seems only fair that Newcastle gets a turn. The one-time “Steel City” is undergoing something of a boom at the moment, benefitting from the regional post-covid push, elevating its status as a flourishing modern town.
On Wednesday QT officially added Newcastle to their group, with lucky guests attending to soak up champagne, food prepared by Michelin Star chef Massimo Speroni, room activations and art installations. Among the attendees who travelled interstate for the night were Simone Holtznagel, Christian Wilkins, Dant Knows, Ben Mingay, the SketchSHE gals, Alice Quidington and more.
