And it felt like half of the Goldy was there too, with Balter Brewery chock-full of everyone — from groms hanging out for an autograph from Hughey or Harry, through to salty dogs who were there purely to get their haircuts blown off by the calibre of surfing.
It was a terrible time to be a beer, with the arvo sun shining as we headed into the brewery, and barely a whisper spoken as Ritualistic Tendencies played on the projector. Safe to say it was a great send-off for the video, which is bound for the US, Japan, Europe and South America in the coming weeks.
