Last weekend, we packed our bags and hit the road with Dear Seattle, one of the best up and coming bands to bless our earholes in recent times. We were on our way to the Sunshine State for the final show on the Columbus ‘Next To Me’ tour, and the boys were looking to go out with a bang.
An overnight drive meant that we pulled into Brisvegas early on Saturday morning, with a couple of pit-stops to eat Chicken Big Macs (worthy addition to the Golden Arches menu) and try on servo sunnies. After watching some random pro wrestling in Rundle St Mall, we hit Black Bear Lodge and took some snaps as Dear Seattle kicked ass onstage. Business as usual. Circle pits and shoeys ensued – fun for the whole family – and we were back on the road to Sydney.
