Last night we hit Sure Store to get a look at the latest from Shawn Stüssy.

The man behind one of streetwear’s most enduring labels has been channelling his energy into S/DOUBLE for years now, a project that feels like the clearest expression of his vision. Which brings us to Season 7. Taking over Sure Store in Melbourne the launch marked the arrival of the latest collection, which officially lands in select retailers from April 1st.

Inside, drinks from Pals were flowing, music was on point and the crowd came ready. Guests got an early look at Season 7, with a limited edition tee gifted with purchase, while a few walked away with S/DOUBLE VIP packs filled with tees, jackets, hats and more.

Outside, projections lit up the street with footage shot by Tate Stüssy of Shawn’s handwritten ‘S/DOUBLE by Shawn Stüssy’, the artwork at the centre of the release. It is also appearing across Melbourne, including a mural on Elizabeth St running March 23rd to April 24th and projections over Bourke Street Mall from March 25th to 29th.
