Last week, we announced the launch of art gallery Rainbow Studios’ latest exhibition, spotlighting the work of its newest artist in residence, Marley Alvarez. Marking the first week of the two-week showcase, ‘The State Of Art’ opened its doors on Thursday, welcoming art lovers into the multidisciplinary work of the Byron-based creative.
Manning the bar, Fellr, Not Wasted Wines and Yes You Can Drinks provided the perfect accompaniment to the viewing, which comprised Alvarez’ signature combination of text, painting and digital imagery. Alvarez is the latest in a long list of Rainbow Studios entrants, with the Darlinghurst showroom having hosted a range of both international and local artists.
