Despite being older than most attendees at yesterday’s event, it’s clear that after 30 years Volcom still have their finger firmly on the pulse. The crew behind The Stone linked up with beer-slinger extraordinaires Young Henrys and Beach Burrito to offer attendees skate and music fan’s wet dream in the form of Beer‘a’dise on Sydney’s iconic harbour.
Hosted by LWA pal Froomes and Ain’t That Swell podcaster Vaugh Blakey, we were treated to powerful sets from Hockey Dad and Goons Of Doom, along with some saucey beats provided by triple j’s Ebony Boadu. Of course this was in between watching the Volcom team riders take to the half-pipe and consuming bulk Beach Burrito and tasty Young Henrys…
