Touring mindfulness and music event made its way to Sydney over the weekend.

Having seen huge crowds in attendance for their Melbourne and Gold Coast events earlier in the week, it was finally Sydney’s turn to experience Wanderlust True North’s day of mindfulness, growth and music.

Taking over the iconic Overseas Passenger Terminal at The Rocks, we were invited to take a deep breath in, pause our lives for a moment, and be treated to a glowing array of talks, tunes and exercises.

That included a performance from Xavier Rudd, yoga with Lara Zilibowitz & Nick Broadhurst, meditation with Susan Quirke, and talks from George Newhouse and Lola Berry. Catch all the highlights in the gallery below:
