The Inner West watering hole was alive with excitement last night, fans of Fred Again.. flowing in from across the city to get an early taste of Actual Life 3. As the clock struck 8pm the courtyard of the bar was filled to the brim, becoming a quintessential day party as drinks flowed by the tenfold. Soon the album starts, with the crowd roaring in response, Fred Again..’s electric production turning the Gladdy courtyard into a raving dance floor. Tables, chairs and basically any free space was quickly taken over as punters let loose, screaming the words to cuts like ‘Nathan’, ‘Danielle’ and ‘Clara’.
Soon the album comes to an end, but the crowd demands another play through, and we once again mark on the sonic journey that is Actual Life 3. It no doubt made for one of the most electric listening parties that Sydney has ever had. But of course, don’t just take our word for it, get caught up via the gallery above.
