Yesterday Forbes – the US based business and finance magazine made famous for ranking the world’s billionaires – revealed it’s second annual list of Hip-Hop’s Wealthiest Artists. The results, let’s face it, don’t come as much of a shock with it’s front runners (or Forbes Five) own shares in TV networks, headphone companies, water companies, perfume lines, record labels, even streaming services we’re not quite sold on just yet.

Taking the top spot for the second year running, is Diddy. It’s no suprise considering how pleased he looks with himself all the time. But Sean Combs actually owns stakes in TV network Revolt, a clothing line, a water brand and a tequila. At the second spot, Dr. Dre’s infamous sale of Beats to Apple – the largest pay out for any musicians in history – kept him towards the top of the list, even after paying out a nine-figure tax bill. Jay Z comes in third, 50 Cent fourth and rounding out the top five is Birdman. Read more over at Forbes.

1. Diddy – $735 million
2. Dr. Dre – $700 million
3. Jay Z – $550 million
4. 50 Cent – $155 million
5. Birdman – $150 million
