Kanye and Kim aren’t holding back…

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are preparing to take legal action against their former bodyguard Steve Stanulis for over $10 million, claiming that he made “false and defamatory” comments about them. According to their claim, the celebrity couple assert that Stanulis signed a non-disclosure agreement in 2016 that prevents him from talking about their personal lives and business affairs, but he allegedly violated it numerous times.

Back in 2016, the bodyguard sat down for an interview with the Daily Mail, calling West “probably the most self-absorbed person I’ve met in my entire life.” Adding onto that, back in May of this year he appeared on the Hollywood Raw podcast in May to detail the “ridiculous rules” he had to follow when working for Yeezy. This included walking at least “10 paces” behind Kanye on city streets and staying out of the way so paparazzi could take his picture. He also appeared on Access Hollywood to shoot down the legitimacy of Kim’s Paris robbery in 2016.

Stanulis has since left the bodyguard life behind to pursue his career as an actor and director. Responding to the claims his attorney said “No breach of any confidentiality agreement was done. My client went on a podcast to promote his new film, and old stories that were already out there were brought up. For Kanye and Kim’s counsel to send out a threatening letter to bully my client against his rights is unwarranted. My client has already made it clear that he respects Kanye, their time working together.”

“If Kanye and Kim wish to continue this further, that is up to them,” he continued on. “But I think their time and money would be better suited helping out with more pressing matters in our society than what happened many years ago.”

Yikes, sounds pretty intense to say the least, let’s hope Kanye and Kim get on better with their next bodyguard…
