The latest James Bond movie No Time To Die has been delayed until November.

Just weeks out from its intended international release on April 2, the 25th James Bond film (and Daniel Craig’s last) is now set for a further seven-month delay. The film, which cost over $200 million USD to produce, has already been delayed twice since its original November 2019 release date due to a serious ankle injury sustained by Daniel Craig and the departure of the film’s original director Danny Boyle. 

The latest delay comes amid fears that the coronavirus could have a $5bn impact on the global box office. As reported by Variety, “theater [sic] closures are having a huge impact on their bottom line, with revenues in places like Hong Kong and Taiwan plummeting nearly 50% and the box office drying up in Italy.” No Time To Die will now be released in UK cinemas on November 12, with a worldwide release to follow.
