Michael will never die.

Following the success of the 2018 re-boot of the horror classic which starred OG Halloween actor Jamie Lee Curtis, it seems like we’re in for another butt-clenchingly tense instalment of the saga: Halloween Kills. With a release date of October 15th 2021, there’s still plenty of time for us to convince ourselves that we aren’t terrified of escaped lunatic Michael before it drops.

From what we can see in the teaser trailer, the film picks up where the last one left off, with Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis), her daughter Karen Nelson (Judy Greer) and granddaughter Allyson Nelson (Andi Matichak) escaping from a burning Michael (Nick Castle/James Jude Courtney). Only thing is, there’s a firetruck on its way to help ol’ Mickey…

Franchise creator John Carpenter confirmed the film has already been finished, stating: “The movie is something else. It’s fun, intense and brutal, a slasher movie times one hundred, big time. It’s huge. I’ve never seen anything like this: the kill count!” he said enthusiastically.”
